I only want to point out that there is no way a person intent on killing 30 some people is going to be stopped because guns are illegal.

The Chicago Blackhawks are negotiating with St. Louis right this minute to buy the rights to T.J. They are also wineing and dining Dunc's mom, dad, girlfriends and close family friends. I understand that they are all on a private island off the African coast enjoying the hospitality of the Blackhawks even as we speak. Their goal is to acquire the DOT line before the day is out!!!

On a side note, the Blackhawks are also confering with AZSIOUX's people. The offer for the DOT line (name and logo)rights are now in the multi-millions of dollars.

Any inside info on when UND is going to change their nickname and logo to reflect their association with Chicago? Also, are the Blackhawks going to change their colors to green, to be in harmony with the Sioux?

I would not be opposed to new jerseys, as long as they are done tastefully. There is nothing wrong with an occasional change to the design (but lets not get like the Gophers hockey team and get new uniforms every year or so). I personally would like to see a larger Sioux logo on it. But I also like having a traditional design, and the "ND," if I am not mistaken, is the logo they have historically used. The hockey team got new jerseys when the new REA was built.

I went with the, "I don't care one way or the other," choice. I like the standard Green and White jerseys but these are not bad either. It is fine to use the Black jerseys every now and then. For their regular jerseys though, I preffer a more traditional sweater. Either way, Go Fighting Sioux!

Pat Sweeney said on the 10:00 sports last night that UND will be playing Michigan St. in the U.S. Hockey Hall of Fame game on Oct 13th at the REA.
