I feel a lot like you. I only have one vote as well, but now there are 2 of us. Everyday it seems I think maybe I should run out and buy one last piece of Fighting Sioux gear...

Why should people who make something of themselves and get ahead in life be most heavily penalized (taxed)? And people who are a burden on society get all the perks? We should encourage people to work hard and be fiscally responsible, not discourage it. But we are discouraging people from working hard because if they do, they get penalized, and if they don't they get the fruits of someone else's labor. It makes no sense. Every citizen should get the exact same service from the government and pay exactly the same amount for it. This means eliminate welfare and other programs. Essentially, eliminate everything that doesn't benefit everybody. Welfare takes money from some and gives it to others, hence, it isn't fair. And secondly, the elimination of taxes. Instead of taxes, every citizen cuts the government a check once a year for the exact same amount.

Yes, these guys are a joke. But at the same time, the NDGOP needs to get it figured out. But regardless of the NDGOP, these guys need to go. I remember a trip I took to Washington, DC sponsored by the RECs. Either Conrad or Dorgan, I can't recall which one, but I think it was Dorgan, didn't even give my tour group time to talk. He was a complete jerk to us. Plus, all 3 of them have views not inline with those of North Dakotans.

Wow! We couldn't get this started any faster. Minot is going to be much improved next year. Grafton is a no brainer with most of their top players coming back.

Of course mistakes should be corrected and improvements should be made. The state championship game takes place in a modern rink equipped with video replay, perhaps that is something the could be utilized in the future. Holy Crap! People have gone nuts on this board! GFRR and GPR played two one goal games where the home team won each time. And all of a sudden GPR is going to win 8-0?? Incredible. And GFRR fans aren't innocent, either. Alls I can say is that it is very exciting and entertaining.

Nothing against the goalies, but are those stats because WCHA goalies are so much better then other conferences' goalies, or because the conference with the most talent (WCHA) doesn't allow that talent to prosper?

Minot beat Bottineau last night 4-1. And some kid threw a live rabbit on the ice. The poor fellow was scared out of his mind. Maybe Sioux fans need to start throwing live gophers???

I am pretty sure the shots were closer than that; I believe the numbers that were reported were not quite accurate. It was a crazy end for sure.
