If he does bail for Canada (with good reasons to say the least from what I read), it is interesting to compare the situation to that of St. Clair last year. Though I have no idea if St. Clair had any alternatives (USHL or MJ eligibility - age).
Not trying to be overly sensitive here, but what is the policy with regards to swear words? I think it is a bit much the amount of swearing that goes on and it is not conducive to a family friendly site.

This is not the way to learn these lessons. Look, a student at NDSU was just killed because of lack of judgement induced by the alcohol. This is not skipping class and getting a "D" on a test. This has life altering consequences.
If one of the group of intoxicated persons calls for medical reasons, he and a certain number (forget the exact number) of the other involved persons get immunity. However if an RA calls, since it his his job and etc., there is no immunity for anyone.
