Could anybody tell me if they think Devils Lake will come back for a good showing this season? They did a good job last year to make it to state, and I thought they played well while they were there. I think they did a good job in the first round against Fargo South, even though they lost. Hopefully Danny Groves, a junior this year, will come back with a boost in his confidence and do well between the pipes. GO SATANS!! (Firebirds)

Sounds lke a great thing to do, although I wear green almost everyday! Today I am wearing my "Devils Lake SATANS Forever" sweatshirt, but tomorrow I'll be back to Sioux gear. I have my employees wear green "GO SIOUX" t shirts on game days.

Each year at the Final Five, I sit next to the same couple from Wisconsin. They are very nice, and we have a good time talking. This year I found out they had the same veiwpoint on some of our favorite players...Kessel, Earl, etc. There sure isnt any love for Kessel from the Badger fans!

That was already used a couple of years ago, although it does apply here, too.

Pink is part of the original color scheme for the Sioux. It's still used in some of the clothing, although it is very subtle. Wont be seeing it on any of the jerseys anytime soon though!

I'd cough it up just like I did for my gameworn Brandt (thanks to a bit of coaching from Sioux-cia and her son...and a guy that told me I could stop bidding because he was going to get it). HA!! Thats good. I wouldn't bid against a players dad, even though Mr. Siouxmama would love to have that jersey (or Finleys).

Congrats on the sweep ladies! Maybe this will bring some folks out of the woodwork to see them play. Good luck on your next series. Todays win for the ladies made the entire sioux homecoming weekend a sweep. Soccer, football, mens and womens hockey. WooHoo!!!

I also saw the segment on Real Sports. It was one of the most touching clips I have seen. The bond that they have is amazing, and Dad will do ANYTHING for Rick. Like HockeyMom said, competing without Rick is not an option for him. Exceptional family.
