technically, Since the SBoHE is the president's boss I believe that they would have the decision ultimately anyway, it was Kupchella's not making a decision that led them to take over.

Like I said before, Jay and Jordan both liked the having it online last year and I don't see them changing it too much. Jay's first campus update will come the first or second week of school meaning next week or the next.

No one knows, they don't have it finalized yet. They do that after school is in session at some point, but my guess is online again because Jay and Jordan liked that last year. School starts on Aug. 21st for the first full day of classes and we will find out after that.

I don't think in North Dakota, you have to disclose who was at the meeting. Though if you open a meeting and then close it, that has to go on the agenda. If it is a closed meeting to start with, I don't believe that they have to post an agenda. I could be wrong, but that is what I remember from my dealings with our open meeting laws.

My heart goes out to those affected by this tragedy. The news is now reporting that only four people are dead but that is expected to rise.
