I can see how it's a problem to stand up before or during the play. After all if you stand up, the guy behind you has to stand up.....someone's going to miss the play. It would be better to wait until the play happens, but I also understand that people get excited.

Oh well, I needed some reason to take the afternoon off.

I missed one great play/scoring chance because ONE person stood up while the play was developing. Hey she was excited and there is a jumbo-tron. I'm not going to worry about it too much.

So I was almost in the same boat. Either the kids or the babysitter stopped the recording on the TIVO. I had the first period and that was it. Then yesterday am ESPNU rebroadcasted it. I found out at the start of the second period. It's good living a charmed life.

I'm feeling pretty good about this post. If my head get's too big I just have to check out my bracket predictions.

Thanks for the song. I posted this question on atmosphere at the ralph. I'm currently downloading it from Real. I thought it was a super-classy thing to do is have highlights from both games leading into the championship.

So I'm thinking for next year that there may be a few Holy Cross jersey's in the stands against the goophs.

Holy Cross had the gameplan in place to beat a team with superior players. What is that but good coaching. Holy Cross's 3rd goal may be blamed on the players giving up. However the rest of that was their superior coaching and game plan. I don't take away a thing from Holy Cross's effort. They played hard and they played smart. (Their one mistake was letting Kessel on a breakaway out off the penalty box.)

I imagine we'll have support to return the West Regional back to Grand Forks from a certain Atlantic Hockey program.

Before the introductions they ran a real neat video of the Friday night games. Does anyone know what the name of the song that they used for background?

The Gophers were outcoached top to bottom in their game Friday against Holy Cross. I'll bet "The Don" won't admit it though.

How many other teams looked that much better than Wisonsin (4-0) going against teams that are seeded higher than BSU? UND 5-1; Maine 6-1; BU 9-2; BC 5-0 Against a team that was up there all year. Yeah, I think Wisconsin's score today makes them a favorite. At least they did better than the Gophers.
