Just watched the squad car video where he says that he was hitting on a woman out of his league and that started the argument, which led to the boys taking it outside for a fight. Not sure how this makes him targeted. All the boys should be slapped with disorderly conduct charges.

Truly I feel sorry for both of them since they both feel a need to deal with eachother by fighting. And how can you say heck was defending himself when he went outside clearly to fight. What was he defending? His fu honor?

This poor guy has been vilified hasn't he? This is his second resisting arrest charge and he's lucky to get off with only that. He admitted to punching the guy until he went down unconscious. What would have happened if the guy he was punching was killed? It's been mentioned a few times in this thread there's a real culture problem for the footballs players down at the at college. Seriously wouldn't surprise me if Taylor and bohl decide not to punish beck and the problem only grows.

If the resisting arrest was neither of violent nor sexual in nature and not drug related there will be no suspension.

Ok so how is what Kane did to Cooke disgusting? Almost anyone would see this the opposite of you. Cooke was bullying Kane and Kane stood his ground. Kane has averaged 2 fights per year during his NHL tenure. Do you know how many current penguins players have dropped the gloves more than him?
