NO STAFFORD - Sabres coach Lindy Ruff ruled out bringing rookie Drew Stafford back into the lineup. Stafford scored twice in nine games in the first two rounds, but has not seen action against Ottawa. "He had a good year for us, but I don't think putting a young player in is the answer," said Ruff. "I think the answer lies in the room. "We said as a team we're going to stick together on this one." Found this on TSN. . . . . looks like Stafford won't get to play. I don't know. . . .can't be much worse than what it has been, maybe that "young player" can light a fire under the butts of Drury and Briere?!?

We have the fans that travel the best!! (We ran into Sioux fans everywhere we went in St. Louis, it was GREAT!!!) We also have the best "purchasers" (or so it seems). . . . . . most stores/shops sold out of their Sioux stuff by the end of the tourney!! Thank you SIOUX FANS!!!!

Ditto!!! Our group had a fantastic trip! We had a few "What happens in St. Louis, stays in St. Louis!" moments and a LOT of "Guess you had to be there!" moments!! Anybody see the "Dickie Do Award" t-shirt at Union Station??? Gets me giggling just thinking about it! Anyway, St. Louis was wonderful and our traveling companions were fantastic. We saw a lot of neat things, ate a ton of great food, met lots of great hockey fans and drank LOTS!! (Who knew MO had such great wineries??) It was our first Frozen Four and we are now hooked!!

From what we were told by the Hobey people at Union Station, there will be a Duncan puck coming out in the next few weeks!

Any chance the press conference would be to announce that the Blackhawks won the Draft Lottery and will pick first?? Just came across on my Blackhawks e-mail??
