obviously, those guys like Pattyn will be given the first opportunity from what they build off last year but i think everything will have to be earned. the competition in practice should make them even better.

i don't know why Everette would take conditional draft picks if they had the opportunity to get the coveted Jones. It's either one of two things imo. 1. Everette doesn't think they can sign him and Portland wants give it a shot and persuade him to their club. or 2. Jones has said he wouldn't play for Everette but would for Portland. in that scenario, you'd think it would be bigger news like they gave up two first round picks or something like that. i don't know how it works in that league. Hope it's scenario #1.

no matter where your tickets are, you'll be able to move around fairly easily i think. i just remembered how lame these regional games are for atmosphere. long timeouts and the NC$$ propaganda on the screen during breaks make for a pretty sterile environment. those who haven't been to one, don't expect it to be like the final five that's for sure.
