    back on topic this carter guy looks to have pretty good skills, but I'm not sure if I got the best feel for his overall athleticism from the tape. Anyone know if they are looking at him to play right away?

    when was the last time a NDSU guy pretended to be a UND fan and started badmouthing UND recruits on siouxsports like they allege chigins did?

    also you can skip the "you're an NDSU troll' crap. I disagree with the majority of the fan/alumni base on many of the decisions (both in athletics and academics) the school has made over the last several years, and I don't give a damn about the 'rivalry'. Get over it.

    I don't think he was talking about you. Or was he?

    I don't believe that is correct. I am almost certain that summer workouts are "optional" meaning that you don't need to be enrolled. I very well could be wrong on that. But they would need to live off campus.

    How does the housing situation work for guys who get to town early? I feel like the NCAA would not be thrilled if guys were living in campus housing without attending classes. Am I way off here?

    They can stay with current players.

    who is 'laying the groundwork' here, homer or the other guy? Is there any reason to doubt the 1/2 ride offer? Of course not, but it will feel alot better if siouxsports can pretend it was a full, right?

    I think Fleming was expecting to be OLB. Ezra still a long shot.

    I wonder if the Flemming offer could be based on Blake Weber's visit. I could see both those guys playing outside.

    A poster on B'ville had a tweet from one of Szczyrbak's parents basically saying they are proud of him for deciding to step back and take another look at all his options. Hashtaged UND, UNI and FU.

    Excellent job by the coaches to get him on campus and show him what UND has to offer.

    Chris Carter definitely looks the part, saw him at the bball game. Kid is a dude on film as well. Hope to see him sign & pencil him in as a starting CB the next 4 years.

    Also, nice to see Ezra Szczyrbak wearing a Sioux hat at the game. ;)

    Wonder how both of these guys enjoyed their weekend?

    According to a comment from the most recent SFI blog entry, Blake Weber is visiting UND this weekend, also. Not sure if that's been reported earlier in this thread or not.

    I believe he holds a PWO from Minnesota.

    Just looked at Fleming's twitter... Said Schmidt was gonna call him this morning & let him know if UND can offer or not. With Dranka recently committing not sure if that offer came or will come. Just my observation from looking at his twitter. Also, we do have 2 DE commits now w/ Greeley & Dranka, as well as Dylan Harmston & possibly Hudson Walton at OLB.

    I wonder if Walton will play inside. We have had solid players there the last few years but we need to have physical guys who are a little more athletic.

    It will be interesting to see if Flemming gets an offer.

    I didn't get to watch on Thursday night but the team I watched today looks completely different than what I watched a few weeks ago. They are moving the ball around and if anyone starts to force anything, I noticed today that Jones was quick to get them to the bench. The flow was really good and there was very good effort on defense. Glad I got to watch today and hopefully we can keep this going the rest o fthe season and put ourselves in a good spot at the end of the season.
