Anyone know what section UND will be in. I called UND early today, they didn't know yet. Called Pepsi Center, asked if they knew what section North Dakota was sitting in. They didn't know and told me to call the ticket office at Notre Dame I suppose the 2 ND schools are confusing.

Wow. Only 1 WCHA team in the Frozen Four. Hope it's the Sioux. If not, the WCHA will be represented by a team that is one game over .500!!! But, we just need to beat Bucky and then Miami in the semi-finals, and Notre Dame in the finals (I'm getting tired of BC and Michigan!!) Although It would be great to end the season with wins over Wisconsin, BC, and Michigan.

True. I guess my point was that if Force became the new name and people mocked it by using "Farce", that still has ties to UND, and wouldn't really be an insult.

You would have thought at the time the legislation was introduced in May, 2006 and with the Republicans holding a majority in both the US House and Senate and having the presidency that they could have gotten the legislation passed even without those evil ND liberals.

I still have an attachment to the logo, so if there is a way to keep that with a different name I would think Warriors would be fine. But, we need to let the process work. Things always seem to work out. Right now the emotions are speaking. And of course we don't know all the facts, yet. When I heard the word settlement I assumed we would get to keep the name (for more than 3 years), so when the settlement came in I was just shocked. So, I need to breathe and relax and let things work themselves out.
