Thanks Mafia for putting on this event...was nice to meet some of the fellow posters and hear a few stories! Let's hope the boys give a big effort today and hopefully get a chance to play at least one more game.

So the EFFORT you see out of the Sioux this afternoon should tell you what you need to know about this team...it may or may not translate to the scoreboard but there should be 20 guys giving their all today. If you are the backup goalie and your only job is to open and close the door on the bench, you better open and close the hell out of that door. This is the last chance to do anything this year so may as well go out with guns blazing. You know Western will come to play, they aren't going to lay down and let North Dakota win. Go Sioux!

Goon, don't trust this footage unless he can authenticate it. Dave somehow has managed to doctor the clips he's posting. One minute youre watching Milan Lucic get hauled down and the next you see a very muscular black guy. I know for a fact that Lucic is not black therefore this footage is bogus.

Slow day on GPL? Looks like another 30-40 people have showed up for the second semifinal game over at the X. Awesome tourney so far...Sconny get the afternoon game tomorrow? Hopefully the Badger faithful come out in full force. Only question I have is whether or not the old WCHA Final 5 outdrawS the total of the Big 10 and NCHC Tourneys together?
