Sorry if I missed it but what was the point of the shootout after OT? I get that it determines league points for conference games but it seems meaningless for non-conference matchups. The game is listed officially as a tie so help me out.

Comcast dropped the 3 college Fox Sports channels last year so it looks like either DirecTv or B1GTen2Go for those in the Twin Cities.

Our boys play the Red Menace next weekend...games are not on the NCHC.tv feed; they are shown one night on Fox Sports Wisconsin and one night on the Fox Sports Wisconsin Plus channel. Anybody have information on these channels? They do not show up on my Comcast guide in the Minneapolis area....Dish? DirectTv? FTA? Or go to Joe Sensers?

Only saw the third period...looked like we were taking a LOT of lazy penalties but was hard to tell with the SD grade picture off the NCHC feed. Anybody that was there can comment on our overall hustle tonite? Were the guys moving their feet?

CC is always the worst feed it seems like....the picture is too dark, then it's too bright. They zoom in on faceoffs and it looks pretty good, then they pull back to the top of the effin' building. Overall it's a good deal if you discount the CC camera crew.
