I am often the first one to second guess how we let games get away from us - but not tonight. I was very impressed with our play. Had Morgan not gone nuts, we could have won the game. Some poor calls didn't help our cause either!

Our guys played well - helped by poor play by SU. We didn't allow the Bison to make a serious run - might be a turning point for the team!

You could look at it in the manner you described or you could feel that his teams have underperformed for the majority of most seasons during his time on campus.

From what I understand, they are not as talented as we had hoped -especially the kid from England. I suppose they Are hoping they will be better after another year of development.

The ladies sure played well - I hope there are a bunch of folks at the Betty on Saturday!

While I agree that it won't help recruiting in some cases, I know that we have lost some good recruits (in various sports) as they wanted to play more games in front of parents, grandparents, girlfriends, etc. While most parents truly want their kids to make their own decisions, a few do put various levels of pressure on their kids to play in the MVFC so they can drive to most every game.

NAU and PSU are tied 1-1. A PSU win would be great!

I may be wrong but I think schools have backed off in their recruitment of Rickert.
