Wiki will be updated this evening with all of today's activity.
-
Petersen will attend Iowa St.

In the final 12, I understand that there are 3 current DI ADs with most of the rest being DI Associate ADs (Josh Morton being one of them) and some successful DII ADs . All 12 should have completed video interviews with the committee by early this week. The three recommended by the committee should be on campus by mid-January. Kennedy will then make the decision.

Another OL JC offer: OG Mitchell Kay, 6'4", 300, Long Beach (Long Beach CC), CA Unfortunately, this is another kid whose first offer is from us! Scary!
-
Payton has confirmed he will attend SIU.
-
Jones would have been let go had it not been for the budget challenges. It would have been a political nightmare for the administration to spend $100K+ in buy-out $ when we were cutting sports and other programs within the university.

Three new JC offers including two kids from the Netherlands: CB Chavildo van Ommeron, 6'2", 200, Amsterdam (West Hills CC, CA), NETH LB Tyron Vrede, 6', 215, Amsterdam (Garden City CC), NETH S Hayden Galvin, 6'2", 190, Westlake Village (Moorpark College), CA

Exactly - we look just like the majority of our teams over the last 10 years. Little discipline - with no size and no outside shooting, it may be a very ugly season!
-
Does anyone know if Isaak is a PWO or scholarship recruit?
-
A little more about the above guys plus one more: LB Adrian Jackson, 6', 215, Minneapolis (Central Lakes CC), MN

Good comments on Schoenfelder..... Bronko Nagurski @MnHSFBRecruitin Dec 4 Looks like UND is getting one with a ton of potential in Goodhue Ryan @RyanSchoenfeld1 6'5 220. Schoenfelder was one of the area's top players on both sides of the ball. As a tight end, he caught 36 passes for 828 yards and seven touchdowns, helping the Wildcats advance to the Class A state tournament. As a defensive end, he had nine sacks, 11 tackles for loss and 80 tackles. He also forced two fumbles and recovered two fumbles. Schoenfelder, who will play at Division I North Dakota next year, was selected to the state All-Star game. "Ryan is a complete player," Goodhue coach Tony Poncelet said. "He is smart, strong and athletic. He put together three impressive varsity seasons for a great career."

We both have offers out to at least six prospects but it doesn't appear we lost any to them.
-
She was a very good Class B player. Does anyone know if she has played intramural/women's league BB the last few years after VB season ended?
-
Proud of the ladies - they played well against a very talented UM team!
-
We played pretty well in that first set!
-
McShane will attend WIU.
-
Thanks for your homework on these, Darell - interesting. All look pretty good except men's BB.

The article said "some interest from Tennessee & CSU". Do you know that they offered her?
-
Wiki has been updated with this as well as a bunch of other offers, star ratings, etc. Two offerees have committed elsewhere: TE Blake Fehrmann, 6'5”, 225, 4.8, Brookfield (Central), WI Verbal to IL St LB Mike Timm, 6'1, 215, Wales (Kettle Moraine), MN Verbal to SDSU Also, I have the below athlete listed as a safety prospect but most schools are recruiting him as a QB. It could be that we looking at him as a QB as well. Owen Goldsberry, 6'1”, 190, Arlington Heights (Hersey), IL Has offers from SDSU, USD, SIU, WIU, IN St & IL St
-
Not surprisingly, Veargis has reversed his commitment to GA St. With all his big-time offers, it is unlikely we can land him.
-
Another offer: FS Caden White, 6'3", 185, Sun Prairie (Sun Prairie), WI
-
Not a good effort tonight - won't beat many teams playing like that: outrebounded, lots of undisciplined TOs and defensive lapses, 50% FT shooting, etc. Had Presentation not shot less than 50% from the line, it may have really been embarrassing!
-
I didn't see the start of the game - did Seales get hurt? He started but has only played 3 minutes.
-
Fully agree - I would guess that there may be numerous taps on his shoulder in the next month or so.
-
You are correct. It is interesting that 247 has him listed as an '18 and that he currently is being offered by us and many others. I would guess that their computer system is confused because he left Snow College CC after his freshman year rather than after two years like most JC players. I will remove him from Wiki.
