  1. Welcome to the real world. It's not the first time it's happened, and probably won't be the last.
  2. I actually was reading really fast and didn't see that part, but I went back and read it, it didn't make me mad, some people do act like they are jealous.
  3. If it was "behind closed doors," how the hell do people know about it then? You can't hide all of your actions, sooner or later someone is going to take notice.
  4. Well, excuse me Mr. Thesaurus. Just remeber what you say now, cause someone may just remind you of it later.
  5. Maybe you should try the S&M thread over on the hockey forum.
  6. Don't be so hard on the guy. I don't see him gloating, or being confrontational about it, or calling anyone "jealous" of what he knows. There are folks who have inside info, that's just the way it is. You can allude to things but not divulge them, or you could lose your source, or even worse get someone in trouble for talking too much. I myself have heard of the rumbllings out of the athletic dept., not going to tell where I heard them, but don't dismiss them just because someone won't go into lengthy detail.
  7. Well believe it or not, but he's 100% correct.
  8. I'm with you.
  9. I should clarify. I believe Marto is very talented, skating and handling the puck. What I was agreeing with was the fact he does not play physical at all. I understand that some players don't play that way, like Lee, but what I have seen from Marto is an avoidance of any contact whatsoever. I'm not trying to cut him down, I think he is a talented athlete, and I'm not saying he shouldn't be here. Just want to point out the WCHA is a tough league, if you don't like getting into some contact you might be disappointed.
  10. Well put.
  11. Why does someone always have to drag me into this s&!t?
  12. I would be willing to donate some of my "game used" drawers, if you're interested.
  13. It's beginning to look like demand is starting to exceed supply. I might have to get busy and "manufacture" a few more of these.
  14. Of course. Also, before I ship them out, I'll put them on and do some sit-ups and some jumping jacks. That way they will be completely re-charged for the lucky person with the highest bid.
  15. No, but I did give myself several wedgies. It basically accomplishes the same thing, without having the hassel of taking them off and turning them around. Plus it's way more exciting.
  16. Yeah, not only that I needed a scalpel and a salad tongs to get the damn things off.
  17. I'm just the messenger, don't shoot me.
  18. I think there is water on almost every hole, challenging course for sure. If I was an avid golpher I might play this tournament, maybe I will anyway, I'm just not sure if I want to embarass myself in front of all of those guys.
  19. You got one hell of a deal on those if you only paid $600-$800. I've paid a hell of alot more than that for a jersey, and almost cost my relationship with Ms. Triouxper.
  20. If you want any one of the DOT line's jersey's expect to pay big. $1500-$2000 range. Talked to a guy who bought a Prpch jersey for over $2000 so you can about imagine what a Toew's might go for. Plus, as AZ said, this is a rare jersey, only being worn one year and with the FF patch on it. Dig deep if you want one of these.

  22. It's not really lightning and thunder, the Sioux are just that fast and hit that hard.
  23. Yes, however, the source remains very passionate about this team. It's all serious business with him. I have seen the fury unleashed by him when things go awry. I know it's the off season, we need to relax a little, but not too much, championships are won with work done in the off season. Now hand me a beer and a plate of wings, it's time to get after it.
  24. The damage I've done to my body I fear is irrepairable. Oh well, you only go around one time. Now back to serious off season training training.
  25. Yeah, I meant to say all that, mine was an "abridged" version though. Sorry for the spelling error's with TJ's Ojibwe name.
