Over on USHO someone was wondering how Stoa ended up with a black eye and a cut lip after jumping on Hextall. They were saying it was strange the guy on the bottom could beat up the guy on top. Is this just BS or what? I've not seen anything about it mentioned here.
Maybe per period average? Just kidding. He was grat the first period, but the law of averages got to him. Quite a difference in shots. I wonder what's going to transpire tomorrow. Same thing I hope (for the Sioux)
My son got one of the Scheel's t-shirts today, too, and met up with a friend that had one from the Ralph. The friend said the Scheels version was different and that it was a bit nicer.
How about a picture of Goldie Hawn with "Goldy" or "Goldie" underneath (however the hell they want to spell it) and a picture the mascot with "Goofy" underneath? Just a thought.
Yeah, that sounds ominous. Hope it turns out not to be serious. I guess he won't be behind the bench this weekend, according to tv tonight. Too bad. I want to see both teams at full strength, including coaches.
Malcolm Parks was from Edmonton, Alberta. He played for UND from 1983 through 1987. His career numbers were 39 goals and 52 assists for 92 points. And, of course, wears a National Chamionship ring. He scored his 18th goal of the season in the 1987 Champioship game against Michigan State. Not too shabby.
The article, which was dated July 15, states he would get to play a couple of games August 8 at the University of North Dakota.........hmmmmm. (The Ralph strikes again)
