Wasn't long ago when we were winning games but lousy on the power play. Now we are freaking awesome on the power plane but can't buy a fracking win.

How Barry survives after the season, is beyond me. The ship is going down fast, but in style

The season is already trashed, and we're not even at the beginning of the new year. The talent seems to be there, but a team cohesion is not. I'm not questioning effort, but giving up 13 goals is not our standard of hockey. Reports that players don't hang out, is certainly not like teams of the past. And perhaps that's a place to begin w/ what's wrong with the UND hockey culture at the moment. Going from the expectations of a nationally ranked team, to whatever we are now, is embarrassing and a travesty to the fans. It's not going to get much better this year, but whatever cancer has inflicted this team, it/they need to go and start rebuilding for next year.

With the next 6 games against the top tier of our league, I would like to think we could go .500, but what we've seen so far this year, we'd be lucky to win 1 game. Brutal schedule ahead, and unfortunately the most likely scenario of seeing UND at the bottom of the NCHC. Ugh.

Hate to say this, but this team is not very good. They have shown brilliance but so far this year, consistently have not been playing what we consider Sioux hockey. It's time for Berry to go...

Great win, and one they had to have. Good to see some offense,(finally) and putting 7 on the board. Most of the goals were on a odd man rush and power play,so hoping tonight we continue the trend and have some long sustained play development in the miami zone.

But it's been a poor performance vs Minnesota, DU, and AZ. At what point does the bad performances become their identity?

Unfortunately, we're not who we used to be, but hopefully we can get there again. I thought going into the year we were going to be a Penrose repeat, but after the last 3 series and the debacle of Las vegas, we're a fast sinking ship. With every series going fwd, I've got to believe Barry is on a shrinking leash.

Going to be another long Sioux season. No fun, not winning, but when we're getting really badly outplayed that's a different story. We seem to have the offensively talented kids, but wow not since the early '90s have I seen, a UND team get out shot so badly in their first seven games? Berry obviously needs to find the right chemistry with the lines. Or, maybe the Berry time is coming to an end. This season will yell
