Happy New Year from Angoon, Alaska!!! I finally have internet in my house. It's slower than molasses in winter but it's internet!! WoooHooo. I can't see Russia from my house but I can see a Russian Orthodox church from it. It's that white building on the left. My house is below it facing the bay. This is about 60-70 feet from my back yard. And this is where I'm working. That's my Rav (just while I'm here) next to the ER entrance.

Absolutely!! I don't know if it was shown on the tele last night but as Hak left the ice last night, he gave the Sioux fans the fist pump in the air!! It's always nice to see the Coach show some real emotion!

The time I checked into getting a suite there were a few available; not all available for every game. I believe the REA does have at least one that does not belong to a season ticket holder. Apparently, suite season ticket holders let the REA know when they will not be using their suites and put them up for rent. You can get 10 person up to (I think) 25 person suites. It's not cheap and it's per night not per series. If you get a good number of people together who want to 'experience' the REA from a suite, it can be a good time.

It happened in front of the section I was sitting and I believe you're right. It was definitely not a hook, if it was anything it was an unintentional trip with a bit of Robbie Earl thrown in for good measure.

Just got back to our room. Game was more fun than yesterday and I didn't even start out with a scorpion bowl. The boys showed a little more zip to their step and played more like a team than they did last night. We lost even though we out shot them around 3 to 1. They leave Boston with lots of film to look at to better their game. I was stopped by many Boston fans/citizens and asked about my jersey. Everyone loves our logo. After the game we went to a bar near Fenway to watch the Red Sox game on the tube but we had to leave early because the t stops running at 1230. Went to the Hard Rock and the music was too obnoxious to stay. So here we are and the Rays just won the game. Lots of tears in B town tonight. The fans here are awesome!! Watching the fans watch the game, you would come away with the impression that this was the final game of the World Series!! 'nite...

Shared two scorpion bowls with friends b4 going to Agannis, had two Harpoon IPAs there and saw a couple of familiar faces. Game? Yeah, there was a game.
