We can assume that the Punk turned on TJ because of Prp's cup tap or more likely, because TJ checked him cleanly and that is what pi$$ed him off. How can anyone play hockey if they are going to turn into an animal when something like that happens. Not having watched the Pio's play any other team, I don't know that Gwoz has really reined the Punk in or not. But I seriously doubt it.

Sorry PCM, I disagree with the Prp let the dog loose theory. Friday night the Pio's were loosing, and it wasn't pretty. Gwoz seized an opportunity to get his teams blood boiling in order to secure a win. If Prp hadn't popped the Punk's cup, Gwoz would have jumped like a chimpanzee at another 'hit/check/etc. that should have been a penalty' by the Sioux. It was all an act to get his team going. Unfortunately, he forgot the animal he picked to be an enforcer has no conscious and knows no limits. Of course this is all my own humble opinion.

...in addition, when the Punk hit TJ, he wrapped his arm around TJ's neck, pulling him down, and slamming his head onto the ice. That's the way I remember it but I admit that since I dislike the Punk so much, my memory may be skewed. Correct me, anyone.

What criteria is used to send a film copy of what is believed to be an aggregious act by a hockey player to the NCAA? Is it the Coach's responsibility? Given the poor reffing this past week end, I don't think they are the one's to turn to for justice. I respect Hak as a coach and wonder what, if anything, he plans to do about the Punk's take down of TJ. Unless the coach's or those in authority do something about the punk's playing hockey, and their own coaches do nothing to reign them in, they will continue to do what we saw the Punk do to TJ.

Not that I know of. I watched the game on 23 and if anything had happened to him, i.e. an injury, I missed it.
