When does this parade start and what is the route?

Are you using the .03-.02-.01 bonus structure? Using that, the absolute lowest I could get UND to go was 13th. Most scenarios where NMU wins and UND goes 0-2, UND is just fine. Am I missing something?

I can't stand Jutting and his tantrum at the end of the game was unbecoming. Mankato is as dirty as any team, so I don't think he has standing to flip-out about Prpich slashing a guy after he was picked on the GWG in overtime. However, if our guys had put 1/10 of the emotion into their game as Jutting did into his outburst, they probably would have won the game.

It's tough to blame Parise too much when Mankato probably should have been up at least 3-0 after the first. Parise kept UND in the game. But yea, that last one was tough to take.

It's both, and more. It's not having to travel, sleeping in your own bed, familiarity with the surroundings, the crowd cheering for you, etc. Many Gopher fans claim that the X isn't really home-ice advantage because it's not the arena they play in, but anyone whose been to a Gopher game at the X knows it certainly is. They still have most of the indicia for home-ice advantage.

Speaking for myself only, I don't necessarily care who plays, but there were definitely too many people last year. We couldn't all fit in the bench.

Even before the nickname fiasco, the NCAA wanted to start moving away from hosting regionals at a member institution's home rink. They were looking for more neutral sites like Worcestor, Albany, Green Bay, etc. But given the fact that "neutral" sites are difficult to find in the west, REA probably would have hosted future regionals. But given the nickname issue, and I can't envision REA ever hosting another regional again. If UND loses the appeal, then we are not eligible to host another regional. Even if UND wins the appeal, we would be eligible, but I still doubt it would happen.
