  4. Bachman a little bit lucky as a puck got behind him and rolled up off of the crossbar.
  5. Bachman with a big save on Duncan.
  6. I think they are unaware which is why I typed it into the forum. Ed Belfour on the big screen with a Go Sioux!
  7. Still no TV sound just the live picture. And they are underway
  8. http://fightingsioux.xosn.com/liveEvents/l...db_oem_id=13500
  9. That is the right way to do the anthem. Very Nice.
  10. Getting the Arena sound vice the TV sound. Nice to hear the home team intro again.
  11. I am willing to bet that the only ripping in his life was back in his schooldays, as he was likely the recepient of numerous wedgies.
  12. I just knew it was only a matter of time before he would post in this thread and that it would be reduced to circular arguments and petty name calling.
  13. Some good results in the earlier games have moved the Sioux up to #8 in the PWR.
  14. Now OSU 3 Miami 2 The Sioux would light both of these teams up like Christmas trees.
  15. Watching the feature game on the NHL Network and it is OSU 1 Miami 0 after the first period.
  16. I see a thread started by someone with only three posts, a little bit of trolling perhaps.
  17. I think we all already know what really attracted you to the sport of hockey.
  18. I think your team has exactly the same philosophy as you which helps explain their record. If you are a fan that likes lots of goals in a high scoring game good for you but those days are over in the WCHA. More often than not the games are close and you have to depend on the players who can score that big goal when you really need it, VV, Duncan, Gregoire and Hextall come to mind. Right now your team is missing that all important piece of the puzzle.
  19. His stat that jumps out at me is the "1" in the Game Winning Goal column. I would expect more of a league All-Star
  20. If they watched the most complete player in this years Freshman class closely and not just the points Hextall would be on the Rookie Team. But this is the WCHA so I don't expect to see any Sioux forwards selected.
  21. Certainly, it was Dave Tremblay who may have done better with Gino as a coach but had to endure Rube. Still see him at our class reunions and he is doing well, living in Southern Ontario. His son is a great Lacrosse player.
  22. I could have selected familiarity with a player as an old high school buddy went there and played for the Sioux before I arrived. So I showed up on campus already a fan however, it took attending my first game at the Old Ralph with fellow students to become a true fan.
  23. The poor guy didn't get enough playing time to be ripped. UND can't go wrong in taking him back. He has been here before and knows the expectations, he has obviously overcome his injury and he has had the opportunity to mature in juniors.
  24. It truly is sad that what should be a classy league has to endure officials who belong in a sideshow.
  25. You can't place any expectations on a blogger, in fact the CCHA fan you all call Chris probably lives in his parents basement. What I have a problem with is websites that claim to provide comprehensive coverage of college hockey but publish the work of supposed hockey writers who clearly don't know the difference between their @$$ and a hole in the ground.
