  1. By Oshie's reaction I think he got it.
  2. Just found out that it is 1-0 Bucky late in the second over NMU.
  3. Don't know about that one but I see that DU is losing 3-0.
  4. Despite the penalty Lee looks awesome tonight.
  5. Their goalie is decent too, the brother of Ottawa Senator's Mike Fisher.
  6. It was better news than the rumour some started. Better he rest this weekend and be healthy for next weekend when his physical play will be needed.
  7. And Sweeney confirmed that Finley also has a sore groin.
  8. Apparently Hirsch is suspended for tonights game too.
  9. Thanks for the good news.
  10. I think Blackheart momentarily forgot that Briggs is the sieve and Frazzled is the lush. Who did Frazzled play against last year and where is he getting his free wobbly pops this season.
  11. Regarding Finley, I have only ever seen the word doubtful used regarding an injury. Anything else would be given a more black and white assessment.
  12. Commodore may be sidelined with a cut near his eye. Mandatory visors has to be just around the corner. http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/feature/?fid=10460&hubname=
  13. More importantly, Greene wasn't named a Captain with a cloud already hanging over his head, but then again he didn't play for the Blarney boys either.
  14. Hale is still sidelined by his eye injury. http://www.tsn.ca/nhl/feature/?fid=10460&hubname=
  15. What amazes me is that within close to a week of Briggs being named a Captain he would receive a suspension for a team violation. More Goofy controversy to start another season.
  16. They only play Maine once as it is the Hall of fame game so the suspension is consecutive games.
  17. Great to read one of your recaps again. Thanks
  18. Did he forget to leave a tip at Blarneys
  19. And then there was that incredible face-off in the corner. No wait my bad. That wasn't hockey it was her time with the lepers.
  20. Remember that James Patrick had a pretty good run without smashing opponents, by handling the puck far better than any of his peers. Besides Radke, Finley and Jones have that part of the game covered.
  21. Just the type of rumour I wanted to go with my morning coffee.
  22. Toews and Oshie got their respect so I guess Lee will have to go out and earn it.
  23. Fifth Rk Team Points 1st Place Votes 2004-05 Record 1 Minnesota 78 (7) 28-15-1 2 Wisconsin 66 (1) 23-14-4 3 Denver 65 (1) 32-9-2 Colorado College 65 (1) 31-9-3 5 North Dakota 51 - 25-15-5 6 Minnesota Duluth 37 - 15-17-6 7 Minnesota State 35 - 13-19-6 8 Michigan Tech 20 - 8-25-4 9 St. Cloud State 19 - 14-23-3 10 Alaska Anchorage 14 - 12-19-6
  24. This poll confirms that it really is a toss up amongst the top three (all three got at least two 1st place votes) that will be decided on the ice. Again the remainder appear to be just about right.
