  1. Wow..........spoken like someone who truly has absolutely no clue what-so-ever about how switching divisons work. No hard feelings, not everyone is as big of a nerd as me. I'm sure the student-athletes would really like to thank you for your support though. Way to go! People keep bringing up Valparaiso. Valpo made a name for itself in DI basketball. Fact is they recruit the same players as UW-Lacrosse. The two teams UND has defeated this season would probably have put up 50 or more points on any Valpo team, and UW-Lax would probably come close as well.
  2. They also beat South Dakota in 2003, and DII Washburn in 2002 and 2001.

  5. Wisconson-Lacrosse @ North Dakota Cal Poly @ McNeese St. Portland St. @ UC Davis South Dakota @ Southeastern Louisiana Southern Utah @ Montana My picks: UND over Lax 41-13---More like TAMUK than SCSU McNeese over Poly 27-21---This will be a good even matchup, gotta go with the home team in this one though Davis over PSU 34-24---Davis gets off the schnied at home after two close road losses USD over SELU 21-20---Yotes fired up after playing well at UNI Griz over SUU 35-14---Home opener for the Griz, SUU played 'em tough last year, Griz don't want let down after win in SLO
  6. Occaisonally some feeds from certain events can be found, but the channel is not available full time on FTA.

  8. Coach Mussman was just on Mac Talk and mentioned that there could potentially be one road game televised this season. Southern Illinois, perhaps? Could also be South Dakota, I believe they have a similar arrangement with Midcontinent that we do.
  9. The Montana game at Cal Poly this past Saturday was on AMC 15 (105 W). Good strong signal.
  10. 30 Montana 28 Poly Missed a 27 yd FG with :30 sec left
  11. 30 Montana 28 Poly 8:00 minutes left
  12. 42 Idaho 27 Idaho St. I watched that game. Idaho St. seems prone to give up the big play. ISU's D-line looks rather large though.
  13. Yeah, but they've now had a close loss to a FBS team, and a close loss on the road to a team that is ranked in all of the FCS polls. They play 4 of their first 5 games on the road...........
  14. Poly 21 Montana 14 2nd Quarter Ramses Barden is good.....
  15. Central Arkansas 24 UC Davis 21 Final
  16. Poly and Montana tied at 14 in 2nd quarter
  17. UC Davis trails Central Arkansas 24-21 late in the 4th.
  18. Did you pay the extra dollar for the "extra" butter? It was my lucky day, the lady who gave me my nachos gave me my "extra" cheese for free. One more POSITIVE from me: St. Cloud was 0-10 on 3rd down.
  19. CONCERNS: Offensive line has been unimpressive, especially in run-blocking, through 2 games Did not establish running game Don't seem to be as strong at linebacker as in the past 4-5 years Gave up a couple big plays on defense late in the game POSITIVES Run Defense was stellar Freund played well again Other receivers stepped up (Nicholas, Grover), took pressure off Trenbeath Josh Murray is "shifty" INJURIES THAT I NOTICED Jeff Tescher appeared to have a "lower body injury" that seemed to make him quite uncomfortable, he did return Kenny Watkins rolled his ankle, it was taped up but he sat on the bench the rest of the game and did not return, seemed to walk fine when game was over
  20. Alcorn State to play NMSU on Oct. 4 in replacement of Nicholls
  21. From the NMSU beat writer's Blog.
  22. You mean we're not necesarily the 7th best team in the country?
