Minot has flip flopped from AA to A in bantams more than once. It's all about winning up there. If they go with just an A team then make to A teams. My bantam team this year was offered to go B1. I said absolutely not. Yes we are struggling right now but the boys are getting better playing tougher competition. The year we win state A peewee tourney the following year we won 2 games.
