Not the same team I coached. They are building. Heck they have 21 girls on the roster but very young with only 2 seniors. Hell my 4 years coaching we had 11-13 players but those girls worked their butts off. Going to take a little time although it’s been 4 years now of not being competitive. New coach and the numbers are looking up.

Edge of your seat midway thru the third period when they are down by 2. It’s been pretty much the theme this year thus far. What player on the Wild makes you go wow? Zucker at times does that but basically it’s a pedestrian line up. I’m still pissed they didn’t draft Boeser. Just my opinion

Got a handful or so from VC. They have been in the West for quite sometime now. If they were in the east they would never go to state. Just watched DL and Jamestown play in the West Fargo jamboree. Pretty even but the D for DL will be their weak spot much like Jamestown.

Jamestown’s D core is really down. Aside from senior Fuchs they are very inexperienced on the blue line. Their all state goalie Schneider is going to see a lot of pucks when playing the better teams in the West. Considering they have only made state twice since 99’ I don’t see a third time this year. Hope I’m wrong.

I can understand. I felt his frustration too but a 3 goal lead is never safe. Witnessed it a bunch lately where 3 goal leads ended up in losses.

Not a true fan in my book. Hockey is 60 minutes not 20

Once again I’m proved right that the 3 goal lead is the worse lead in hockey. Teams let the foot off the peddle. Hell of a comeback by the boys even though I saw none of it.

HB have good numbers at the youth level from bantams down. Now the key obviously is retaining those players in high school. This year will be another bad year much like last year.

Sounds like Coyle will be back next week.
