Let's assume Leclaire sucks and Goehring is great. Karl gets called up and does wonderful in the NHL, will anyone care that Columbus made a bad pick on Leclaire? Hell no, because they made a great free agent signing in Karl. The whole have to play the draft pick excuse is stupid, because it really doesn't make that much sense. Then again many GM's in many sports are complete dopes, so it isn't a suprise.

Pascal Leclaire seems to be improving, but Goehring is still the better goalie right now. I don't expect Karl to the starting goalie for the Blue Jackets, but it would be nice if when a Columbus goalie got injured, Kasrl got called up at least once.

Would Eades take an assistant job though? He was already here once, why quit one of the best HS jobs in Minnesota to do it again?

Stafford could also leave to go to MJ, couldn't he?

Once Tukonen was gone for the Wild though, Thelen was pretty much the best player they could take. Perhaps they could've taken Stafford, but Drew isn't considered a real high powered scorer. They also could've taken Schwarz, the goalie from the Czech Republic. Where is Miko Koiuvu playing? He was their pick 3 years ago and I haven't even heard anything about him since. Has he signed with the Wild or anything? The Devils taking Zajac bodes well for him. They always make good picks.

Redwings's goofy, so just ignore him. I really like the Wild taking Thelen. He's a heck of a player and should get even better. Funny how the Oilers drafted that goalie who is just huge and they were talking about how it could be a bad thing that he is so big and thus klutzy. Yet Goehring is too small. Which is it that a goalie should be? Big or small?

Wheeler is a very good player, so it isn't just the Gophers who liked him. I'm surpised he went so high though. The Coyotes could've traded their second round pick and a couple players to move up to a late first round pick to get him. Stafford taken by Buffalo at #13. I liked how that Boris really tall dman went so high. They pretty much said he is a very rough player who can't do alot well, but he's big. So silly. A guy like Radke sounds much more talented and sound then this Boris guy, but Radke is like a 5th round pick.

Forgetting things hapen when you are the age of Giant Seqioua's. A good example is not remembering when you gave a place permission to reprint your work, even though you gave it yesterday.

You take two, the only two, negative feedbacks and make it sound like they are par for the course with the seller when that obviously isn't true. The guy looks like a pretty good seller to me. He has 575 positive feedbacks and 2 negative. That's a pretty good percentage and brings into question the people who left negative feedback rather then the seller.

Just grandfather them in. The NHL is the only league where you don't have to wear at least a half-shield so it won't be a change for young players coming into the league to wear one. Then again the NHL and NHLPA can't market themselves worth a tuna sandwich, so it wouldn't be suprising if they didn't do this.
