  1. Win or lose on saturday, will you please go away? Thank you.
  2. Is this a question or a statement? It seems to be a statement, yet there is a question mark at the end. Puzzling. Assuming it is a question, I'm gonna go with "whether to put the band or the cheerleaders in during 2nd half when the Sioux are way ahead?" for an answer.
  3. Like it matters. The Bullpups are gonna be pounded. It won't even be close. It will be such a beating that your pack of schlubs won't even be allowed back into Big Rapids. The entire city will be embarrassed to be associated with them. They won't even be allowed into the Bennigan's in the Holiday Inn, people will be so ashamed.
  4. So when you are down 21-0 after the first quarter, you are gonna keep running it? Once again, good plan.
  5. Good point and I'm sure you will never need to audible. Oh no, that won't ever happen. But if you do have to audible, what are you gonna do? Have silent audibles too? I'm sure Kaul or Marsan or whomever you put in at QB will telepathically change the play. Good plan.
  6. The link you have for Mankato is actually Omaha.
  7. Don't forget the "I'm Stupid" shirt for daddy-o.

    Massey Poll

Since he's a Ferris Wheel State fan, I doubt it.

And 7 out of 10 are from the NW region. What a crock this new alignment is.
  10. It'll be nice to see the Sioux rebound from a tough loss by clobbering Ferris Wheel State all over the field. Digger and Tony will be Bullpup bones, Roland will be rollin all over the Bullpups and Belmore will have his best game of the year. I shall have fun taunting all the weenie Ferris Wheel players and their ugly coaches. Question, how is it gonna feel to lose four of your last five games? After the Sioux take you Kunitz loving, inbred hacks to the woodshed, Michigan Tech, Northwood and Saginaw will all do the same.
  11. Yep. Plus I'm gonna get to yell at some more players. What fun it will be. I hope we get some to swear or spit at us.
  12. I was ready to go down there and kick those clown's a$$es myself. They were in Section 108, row A, seats 12-15(or whatever the four are closest to the penalty box). They wouldn't shut up.
  13. I don't think giving up shorties will be a problem this year. Both of the SHG's were scored in the first period, when they were asleep. In the second and third periods they were much better.
  14. http://www.kvsc.org/ is the student radio station for SCSU. Rabid Husky is gonna be calling the game so that is reason enough to listen.
  15. It's not authentic if it's made by Koronis.
  16. OK, so you're Rory's roomate. Who does Rory live with? Genoway? Prpich?
  17. As much as me since that's how many games I've missed in 6 years. You're hosed.
  18. I think MACPLOT is Rory.
  19. Good to see I think differently from everyone else here. Here I thought I'd be somewhat original in going with Zajac. Guess not.
  20. Some people ordered pizza in line when I was there too. People also burned a couch and a drunk guy danced shirtless on one of the vents that removed hot air from the arena. What an idiot.
  21. I got in line for the gopher game in 2000 at noon and it was that cold with the wind blowing right on us. My feet were defrosted by the second period. Holy crap did that suck. That's why I deserve tickets. I say if you are willing to risk losing your toes to frostbite, you automatically deserve tickets. The problem is that REA won't do many of the things like what happens at Duke. They seem to say no to every suggestion students make. I don't think many students would have problems with first come first serve for every game. REA just won't do it though. That is what makes this nearly impossible. When 95% of your options are eliminated, you aren't left with much. Also why is money such a concern now when it wasn't such a concern the first and second and third year at the new arena? Last year they allowed selected number of season tickets to be purchased in the upper deck. Before that I know they allowed more than 600 season tickets to be purchased. So why is it such a concern now? It's a smoke screen. There isn't a valid reason despite what they say. They keep rasing the price of normal season tickets and students ticket every years, yet despite this they keep losing more money every year? What the heck? Something about that doesn't add up.
  22. Well if you ever want to be cool, you can come and sit by me. If not though, you can continue to be yelled at for breathing in the lower level. Have fun!
  23. That's exactly right. Students don't feel appreciated. Whether this is true or not doesn't real matter, it's how the students feel. It'd be nice if REA/UND did something to try to solve this problem. It doesn't seem like they will though. Letting students get season tickets in the upper bowl is one way to do this, it probably won't happen.
  24. He has rationale ideas and actually responds to students. Therefore, he can't be.
  25. You're right, life isn't fair. But I sure as hell have the right to complain about it and to try to solve the problem. You seem to be saying that students should just shut up and quit complaining. Complaining about a problem and then trying to find a way to solve the problem sure seems like a good idea to me. It should be first come first, served as you said. But right now it isn't. How exactly are we supposed to change this? By sitting back and saying "Well darn, that's too bad. I'm sure next year they'll change their policy though. We better not say anything or they'll get mad at us."? I'm not even going to argue for more seats. I don't think the students deserve more seats. It would however be nice if REA/UND wouldn't have changed the original seating plan. They did though. Right now it is complete and utter bull that I, Wilbur, forecheck and whole bunch of other students can't get season tickets because UND/REA/whomever says there isn't a demand. UMM hello, 2500 students showed up to try to get season tickets 2 fridays ago, does that not contradict the idea that there is no demand? Also I don't think students are demanding more seats, just better seats. I agree with Sicatoka's idea of asking for 20% of the seats in the lower bowl and 20% in the upper bowl. That makes sense and the only way to get that done is to talk about it with UND/REA. Sitting back and doing nothing won't get this done though. Students have to use resources, such as the GF Herald, to get this done. If no one knows about it, no one will get behind it and it is much less likely to happen.
