Here we go!!!

I hate to complain all things considering but... The Sioux audio feed is already screwing up
-
Hey PCM, I think it's great you're touching base on the forum considering how busy you are tonight. Thanks for your insights straight from the Ralph!
-
North Dakota fans provide Holy Cross a home ice feel!!! Unbelievable!!! The only thing to top that tonight is a Sioux win!!!
-
Crusaders!!!! Unbelievable!!!!
-
It's been working here (so far...) Right now they're playing music while the announcers take a break
-
rtsp://streams.holycross.edu/broadcast/live.rm Try this. Holy Cross student radio. Hope I pasted this link right...
-
Anyone just listening to audio? Listening to Holy Cross student radio (WCHC) and it's interesting... "Gophers playing with desperation..." Only hearing parts of the broadcast, for those watching, is this true?
-
D'oh! Thanks. Probably sticking wit the audio and the forum. The bar is too far to pick up from my place anyways

Can't get a hold of any one (at this point) at Fox. Cable Company channel listing on their internet site doesn't show college hockey until 3:30 AM but it's the Final Five (Sioux vs. Wisonsin). Still shows on my cable box that it's the West Regionals. Maybe this has been asked and I missed it, is there any audio for the Sioux game tonight?
-
Hell no... Michigan.
-
This sucks... My cable company shows that my digital cable package will be showing both games of the West Regionals tonight. Sitting down with my family, it showing freakin' Texas High School Football Needless to say I made a call to the cable company. After a polite ass chewing they promised to contact Fox Sports and find out the programming problem. They better gave this resolved be for ethe Sioux game!! Rotten !!@#**! Thankfully I can come here for updates...

Born under a bad sign.. Hang in there. You'll have the weekend off during the Frozen Four and you'll get to watch the Sioux play then
-
Man, it seems that everytime there a Sioux game, you have to be at work in your cubicle. That sucks. Either your schedule really bites or did you tick your boss off?
-
Thanks PCM! Always good to read your recaps. I really enjoyed this particular summary. Listening to Smaby and Prpich and their perspective on things, along with Coach Hakstol's comments, it just brings a smile to my face knowing that I'm rooting for a team full of class, grit and good humor. Thanks again! Big weekend coming up!! GO SIOUX!!!

From those of us who only heard about it and couldn't catch the game... Sweet!!! Thanks for sharing!

http://www.collegehockeynews.com/news/2006...19_michigan.php Hope this link works. I thought this was an interesting article, just to get a perspective of what U of M thinks about playing at and against North Dakota. I've seen them play a few time this year also, just recently at the CCHA tournament. I felt they have had some inconsistencies (mentioned by others already) but have had some strong periods during the games that I've watched. However; those strong periods did not get them the win. Beating Northern Michigan this past Saturday, I was not overly impressed with their overall game (meaning I don't believe they have as strong an overall game as the Sioux.) However; they are looking only to the Sioux at this point (as we know the Sioux are only looking at U of M at this point). It will be one heck of a game and the Wolverines won't be a knock over but the Sioux will prevail. Just wanted to share the article in case you haven't seen it. GO SIOUX!!

Special thanks and props to Tsiouxnami for keeping me updated on both the UND-UW game and the UM-St Clown game the entire evening. Those e-mails while I am at the Joe for CCHA is lifesaver , not to mention that many people around (beside wondering why a Sioux fan was amongst them) were quite interested in the updates and were pleased to hear about the Sioux victory but were estatic when they heard the Goofers were losing at that time. The distaste for Goofers is far and wide. GO SIOUIX!!
-
That would be great and much appreciated. I'll e-mail you...
-
Is there a web site or some source that you can subscribe to and get updates on Sioux game this weekend? I'll be out of touch of the WCHA Finals as I will be at the CCHA Finals and I would love to get updates or at the very least the final score of the Sioux game this Friday afternoon (and of course their victory this Saturday night) and not have to wait until late that night in total suspense. Any help would be appreciated. Or if one was so inclined to assist a fellow Sioux fan, if it was possible to send me an e-mail at kfah1@chartermi.net with the score I would greatly appreciate it . I can access my e-mail on my Blackberry for instant access wherever I am. GO SIOUX and thanks again!!!

It must be a fantastic experience to watch the Sioux and attend the WCHA Final Five. I've been reading all of the posts and I can't imagine a greater time to be had (except maybe attending the Frozen Four this year with the Sioux in it!). I've attended only two (2) Sioux series and it was awesome. The Final Five and Frozen Four have got to be something. Maybe someday... Just want to shout out to all of the Sioux fans that will be there to have a great time and cheer on the Fighting Sioux to VICTORY!! I'll be attending the CCHA finals this weekend in Detroit. A great time but nothing like watching the Sioux. Hey, if there are any Sioux fans out there that live in or near Detroit, can't make it to the WCHA Final Five, can't catch the games on tv (I'll be videotaping them) and want to watch some decent college hockey, I have four (4) extra tickets for the Satuday series of the CCHA (3rd place and Championship), yours for the taking. Section 224, Row 5, seats 3-6. E-mail me. No sense having a Sioux fan not being able to enjoy or see any college hockey this weekend other than tv highlights. If you happen to be there anyway, I'm in Section 122, Row 12 with my wife and kids, wearing my Sioux jersey and hat. Look me up and I'll buy you a beer (Hey what can I say, it hard to meet Sioux fans out this way) . Any way, PARTY ON to all of you at the Final Five!

Being this a "home" series and FSSN would be carrying the games, would this game be on the Dataflix for those of us outside the area? I'm checking up on the UND/Dataflix site also but haven't seen anything. Appreciate the insight.

Ya know, you just recently "joined" this forum, which is great. But as a supposed Sioux fan, you don't seem to be too grateful and respectful of the other fans on this board. Most can agree to disagree if they don't have the same viewpoint but they don't jump all over each other as I've seen you do a few times already. Do you just sit by yourself, isolated, away from any other fans when you are watching a Sioux game? GBpakrzz just makes a comment to everyone how he felt about what the USCHO said and you come back treating him/her like he's some kind of idiot. So what if you don't like it, there's ways of getting a point across without be such an ass. Am I making too big a deal of your posts, yes, maybe, but I think it's pretty pathetic when a supposed fan, especially a supposed Fighting Sioux fan, comes across the way you do. I never met any of these fans/posters, but it seems to me that they are some hard core, true blue (green) fans, and it pisses me off when someone seems to treat everyone like they are a bunch of nimrods. True fans may never always agree, but it has always seemed to me, Sioux fans, more than any other fans are the most respected by each other and others. Be careful pissing everybody off because you may relaize you're just pissing on your own foot. Lighten up... "End of rant..."

The hit on Oshie was far more flagrant than the jab to the jewels by Prp.

Is it just me or when I hear the name Gauthier I think of Jerry Sienfeld saying, "Newman..." Think about it, "Gauthier..." I hate hearing his name. (Apply this to any player you wish)
