While technically true, I can see NDSU going to a bowl game right away anyways. Teams are opting out of bowl games left and right now, which forces them to add teams that normally wouldn’t qualify. Last year, Missouri State and Delaware were among the first teams to be placed in bowl games once other teams like Notre Dame had opted out. Combine this with the fact that I have a hard time believing NDSU won’t get at least 6 wins in their first season in such a weak conference.

In terms of travel destinations, I’d say most of the games are definitive upgrades for NDSU as opposed to where they play in the MVFC. Hawaii…is probably just happy to be included in something

Track and field / cross country seems to be the only program that is consistently on the up at this school right now. Coaches and athletes have been doing great!

Texas tech is heading to play Kansas state this week and k-state has definitely been on the upswing…a win for K-state would give a nice indirect boost to UND’s resume. Anything can happen in the Big 12…

Anyone else see the video making rounds on social media of Coach Olson shoving a Montana videographer and telling him to “get the f*** out of the way” after the game? Personally I don’t think the videographer should’ve been that close, but still unacceptable from Coach Olson…

I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again…UND students should be the ones running the social media and not the old farts that are part of the administration. This would help out on the lack of enthusiasm from the general student population. I don’t know if students are already involved or not though.

Tarleton State with a win yesterday over FBS Army. I was pretty shocked at that one honestly, Army was a good team last year.

UND’s social media for most sports is pretty poor at times… more students who are majoring in marketing or videography related majors should be hired to help!

Saw that the Columbia bridge construction is ahead of schedule. That can’t finish fast enough…such a pain for everyone trying to get to UND
