Sather gets out coached 98% of the time. He may be a solid recruiter and good guy but he is one of the worst X’s & O’s coaches in the whole country

I’m still mad we wasted a year of eligibility of his last year! But I will give Sather props. Inserting Mara into the starting lineup was one of the best things he’s done this year for both the team and Mara’s development. Even as one of Mara’s biggest fans I thought it was a dumb decision at the time. But it has really paid dividends! It’s fun seeing him develop and grow right in front of our eyes! You can see things starting to click for him!
