From what I have been told BB thought the program would run itself just with the history of it and he didn't have to keep up with the times of the new era of NCAA athletics. Dane had different ideas, but it was ultimately BBs decision.

McKenna would be great, but it would be a one-year deal.

Would rather do what Nightingale does and give everyone the same amount. Zero egos in the locker room. Get kids that want to play for the program and not a check. You earn that when you get to the National League.

I also don't think one of the final two coaching spots will be Smaby or else they would've probably parted ways with Simpson. Just my thoughts.

That would not be good, watched him a decent amount with FloHockey this year and was by far Chicago's best player. Wonder if Michigan has been talking to him. They love their Steel guys...
