Not sure I'm the biggest fan of that idea. His brother probably wouldn't play much. I know Michigan State did that with the Cullen's, but Brooks is a lot better prospect than Nolan DuPont.

Hearing DuPont is a serious possibility, would still be a year out but he would excel his schooling and be here is a young 17-year-old. Similar to what Jonny Toews did.

It's the first year these guys are eligible. Give Bryn more time to develop relationships. If we don't land a big name CHL guy it isn't the end of the world. You do realize McKenna is generational talent and everyone wants him. He will play college hockey for one year be the first pick next year and be a top 6 forward in the NHL in the fall of 26.

Smaby will be announced next week, even if Waterloo is still playing. If the news that he's bringing McMorrow is true that would be a great addition to our freshmen class.

McKenna isn't happening unfortunately. He's represented by CAA. They have many connections to Michigan. We haven't had any CAA guys since we fumbled the bag on Rizzo and Halliday.

I agree with that, but I also think your role players are just as important. You don't win those big games in NCAA without guys like Sanderson, Chyzyk, Olson....Michigan, Minnesota, BC and BU all prove my point.

Just a rumor I heard but sounds like its Smaby and he's flipping McMorrow from Denver. Not a very reliable source but he has been right a few times.
