I was a fan of Denver all year. Saw them play UND at the Ralph and they just seemed like they had all the ingredients to win a national championship. I consider Monty a miracle worker, because I thought no way in hell I'd ever cheer for Denver ever again after Paukovich and Gwoz. He is a classy guy, and I'm happy he was rewarded.

Denver can't get caught up in Duluth's crap. If Denver focuses on their game and doesn't retaliate and let Duluth get into their heads they're fine. Who will be officiating the game will be big. Hopefully there isn't an "even it up" mentality crew, because Duluth takes more penalties than Denver and in a title game you would hope ticky tack even it up penalties aren't called (Anderson....cough.....Anderson).

Jaillett should win the Richter tomorrow, even with no shutouts (SIEVE).

You just can't make mistakes against Denver. UND played their best game of the year in Minneapolis to beat them 1-0 and Denver missed three open nets and still should have won. If Denver plays well Saturday they're the national champion.
