Completely agree. TERRIBLE move, that May cleans up.
-
Donaldson ejected. Take note Twins players. A guy showing emotion. The number of times over the years Angel Hernandez and company have screwed this team. Bout time somebody went off on one of them.
-
You know, it was a few games back where he had the chance to jump into the wall to try and make a catch and he actually pulled up. And a game or two later he pulled up on a hit to center field. I wonder if they've given him directions to not put his health at risk anymore jumping into walls or diving on low percentage plays.

After last night I'd like to see Stashak take a bigger role. IMHO Rodgers stays in deep game relief, but I make May into the closer. Sad to see Dobnak head down, but now with the Odo injury he could be back before you know it. With days off they should be able to roll with a 1. Maeda 2. Big Mike 3. Berrios 4. Hill rotation until the end of the year. And if they have a game of zero importance late in the regular season then give it to Dobnak.
-
Stashak was awesome. Getting the game to the 7th inning so Duffy and May could slam the door was huge. Credit to the no hit relief from the bullpen.
-
Odo just doesn't have an out pitch. Guy battles, but gets worked into so many full counts because guys will foul balls off and he will miss the zone, and before you know it his pitch count is at 80 in the 5th and its five and fly. Credit to him tonight though. Giving them a chance. *Just as I say it he's gone.
-
I know he is always calm and even keeled but that was a great spot for Rocco to go bat $hit on Hernandez and Will Little and get tossed the right way. Team isn't hitting tonight, light a flipping fire for tomorrow.
-
Ship may have sailed with Dobnak. Pitched well for most of the year, but maybe a long relief future or one or two inning middle relief role going forward.
-
Agreed on Alcala. IMHO I give him a 6th-7th inning role. Rogers can't be the closer. Look at the future of the AL Central with all the good right handed hitters.
-
Rogers again...... The team is playing well, one loss doesn't kill anything, but Romo and Rogers just don't give me any hope they can hold a late lead in the postseason. Eleven left on base for Cruz. Not his night.
-
I can't believe they thought they could just fly with the CBs they had. Holton Hill couldn't cover, Hughes is undersized, Gladney and Dantzler looked like rookies playing a hall of famer....And they made up for it by not touching Rodgers all day. But other than that how was the play Mrs. Lincoln?
-
Rosario just can't get out of his own way this year. That ball he got hurt on is 100 percent Buxton's ball and Byron was even calling for it. Nonetheless....Big Mike controlled the bleeding and they got some big hits from some guys that haven't hit for a bit. Split on the south side....split on the south side.

As a Viking fan I'd say I'm ready to see A-Rog retire.
-
No noise in a dome stadium with young corners and no pass rush...... Viking fans like myself were well prepared for this butt kicking.
-
Make the playoffs magic number at 7. Detroit and Baltimore lose, we win. Yes Detroit losing helps us.
-
If they can get Rosario going.....and maybe Donaldson. The whole key is having someone behind Cruz so he can see some pitches instead of try to do too much. Kepler back today. See ball, catch ball, Max......
-
Ohhh Rosario........that was huge. May in the 9th? And now Sano.
-
Alright. 3-2 into the fifth inning. Maybe....maybe one more inning from Hill. 5th-Wisler 6th-May 7th-Clippard 8th-Duffy 9th-Pray

I'm old school, I miss the the interlocking white ND on the helmets. The logo looks fine, but would like a throwback look at some point.
-
Lol.....like what constitutes a catch in football? I'm only right 40 percent of the time.
-
That was my biggest issue. Graterol. I think they could of given up Duran or Alcala and another guy for Maeda. Graterol having a good first year in LA, and he will only get better. As of now the Twins are ahead in the trade.
-
I was a naysayer on that trade. But that was a better move than the Donaldson signing. Big win over Bieber. That guy is good.
-
Twins don't play two days and end up with home field advantage. Thanks KC. Two of three against the Tribe.

2020-21 University of North Dakota Hockey Season

My neck of North Dakota had 67 positive tests in our county. More than imperial Cass! Likely due to a big testing event we had. Hoping that school doesn't get called because my kids begged me to go for the first time ever...."Dad!! We need to get away from mom!" So this Schloss article doesn't surprise me in the least bit. I can handle not seeing the Bizens and the Beaver trap. Start in November, if no fans are allowed so be it, but let these kids start and finish something, and compete. (Crossing my fingers to see the Irish still play Saturday)
