I was proving a point when I baited you in. You took the bait, and proved exactly the point I was trying to make. Thank you. End of story. You didn't have to say a word and you did, it's no one's fault but your own. Kind of like when someone testifies on their own behalf in court trying to help themselves and digs their own grave, rather funny. Message boards are for entertainment purposes........and DaveK, you make us laugh with your words of wisdom, so thank you....thank you very much.

"You stay classy, San Diego." You chose to respond, I didn't tell you to. It's always someone else's fault.

Now, I will post what I was actually going to post in this thread, before I was so rudely interrupted. I was still in bed this morning when my 11 year old came in to retrieve his shotgun to go hunting with his dad. He pulled it from it's space in the cabinet, opened the chamber and made sure that it was empty before leaving the room with it. My point is this: What's safer, a kid who has learned the importance of checking a gun to make sure that it's empty and has apparently learned gun safety.....or a kid that has been told that guns are evil and to never touch them? From what I witnessed this morning, I'd put money on my kid being the safer of the two around a gun.

I guess I'm the liar, even though DaveK admitted what he did. I didn't even mention your name when I referred to you and you spewed out the entire story....which by the way, made me laugh so hard I nearly wet my pants, because no one knew what I was talking about and you could have just ignored my post. But you took the bait........hook, line and sinker. DaveK's own words: Link Call me a lot of things, but don't call me a liar when you said what you did.

Happy B-day Goon!

I just realized that I laughed about something almost two months after it was said...... Maybe I should spend less time working and more time reading these boards, like I used to.
-
*dies* I laughed outloud on that one.

This is great to hear. For the first time, I have a positive outlook on the upcoming season for the Sioux. Could be a fun year.

UND's D needs to really step it up, it's going to be a big big game. I'm excited! But now, I must go wash the kiddies' hockey jerseys.

Nce job, ladies.

Anyone know what brand UND's football helmets are?

You have better seats than me...... *is jealous* I hope he's in the line up for Mankato......I think his presence brings the defense up a couple notches, and we need that.

He didn't look very happy that he reinjured it either when he got to the sidelines.....

I didn't even see the protesters....or hear anything about them until 5 minutes ago when I started reading this thread, dang, they must've made a big impact and were highly visable yesterday.

I dunno, is he a Grad Assistant?
-
Yep, Digger has been on the sidelines all season.

My prediction: UND 34 Augustana 0 .......or is it too late to make predictions?

I was at the game last night. The team's basic fundamentals looked better than they have in the past. The crowd was pretty small, but they seemed more into it than they have ever been.....that was refreshing to see......way to go student section. I loved hearing the sieve chant. I have to admit, I didn't go to a lot of games last year, because I was upset about what was going on with the coaching situation......and that the Woosters had left. I will be at more games this year. We have no seniors, four juniors and the rest are sophomores and freshman......I hope that they have a fun year, and that this is the first season in building a strong program at UND. Good luck, ladies.

I like Papa Murphy's better than frozen pizza. But yeah, frozen pizza in the freezer and a beer fridge in the garage=midwest staple.

Is it time to start tailgating yet?

Does it really matter in the long run what's going on? I guess I don't understand why people care so much about what's going on behind the scenes......what's important is what happens on the field/ice/court/track/course IMHO. It's all about the athletes.
