Parise does get an assist on the play. Devils win it in the shootout. Parise with one of the shootout goals, with a classic Zach deke move.

Manitoba always seems to rack up a fair amount of penalties against us. The difference between American college hockey and Canadian college hockey. That and we always seem to be a lot faster than them, so they have to do something to slow us down.

We also played Yale back in the late 90's (maybe early 2000's) when Chris Higgins played for them. I remember Henessey getting into it with a fan after a melee broke out. I remember TH getting into with a fan and saying on the air, "This guy wants to take me outside!" LOL

I thought there was some video on Commodore and his love of the game of baseball, posted on this site a year or two ago. I don't know if I remember correctly, but I thought he seriously considered playing for Ziegler too.

Actually, I watch pretty much every Devils game. The only reason I get NHL Center Ice. If you have watched the Devils since Parise's arrival, you could see the change in how they play the game once Sutter came in to the mix. Was it a total offensive blitz? Not at all, but it was so much better than Parise's first 2 years. Zach has commented on the difference as well. As Redwing said, both players will be okay in the organization, but I think Zajac will fit in much easier. I look for Parise's numbers to be down compared to last year, and I do hope I'm wrong.
