Real mature. I never said he should get fired. Way to keep to the subject. From what I hear, WDAZ/FSSN is going to show more away games next year. Some day, they may actually show all of the away games. I think TH could cover the radio and TV broadcasts. I think he describes the game very well, and it would carry over well on both formats. He currently looks at replays when they are available, so it isn't like he would be doing anything different for the radio listener. That being said, I'm curious what he meant about the radio deal. I would think Clear Channel could afford to get the rights, but are they already up for negotiation again? I didn't think they were, which is why I was curious if anyone knows what is going on. PCM? Anyone?

When I checked yesterday, the Devils do not have any televised games for the rest of the regular season. So yes, it will require people with sports packages or someone in the area of either team to see it on TV.

We don't all live by our computers to respond. You guys can list all the stats you want, but that won't get the team playing next weekend. I never said we lost the Denver game because of CB, and I also stated my concerns the week before Madison, so it is not a postseason complaint to get frosted over. I never felt confident this year that we would win it all. We started out well, but then we went downhill. We had a big problem playing on Saturday nights. Should a coach be able to work on that? It obviously continued on into the playoffs. Who cares how many shots we had against Denver? Teams could have that many shots if they wanted to shoot from the boards all the time. All year the players were afraid to take a hit and skate up the middle with a big team. As I said before, things were never going great for a long time and CB always just said things were going well. Obviously there was a lot of room for improvement. I am done with this thread. Some of you can only write back with your emotions and not look at the facts. This was a year-long concern of mine and this wasn't meant to piss people off. I think that people need to evaluate how the year really went subjectively. Put it this way, do you want CB to do everything the same next year as he did this year?

I personally believe that our early end to the season is a result of the coaching this year. We have struggled for most of the 2004 part of the season. CB was not effective in using the talent we have, or getting the players ready to play in the playoffs. Flame me all you want, it is just my opinion. I know he is a good coach, but I don't think he did that well this year.

I am more concerned about this ref. He lost all credibility with the last call. The Badger couldn't leave after the whistle because the Maine player held his stick twice. Then a little elbow and the guy goes down like he was shot. It was worse than J Par's dive.
