Are you trying to start an argument Have seen the replay multiple times on ESPN, just can't remember who it was for sure. What year was it?

Travis Roche

Team blue just put up 9 vs Finland at TRF in a 9-3 win.
-
at Providence also. And had a fantastic WJC in 02-03 when he replaced Jimmy Howard when Howard lost confidence early in the tourney. Goepfert will have to miss this year, but should be a good addition to SC for 05-06.

Sweden wins 3-0. Third period finally streamed well, not sure who the play by play (Dave Miller?) is, maybe an REA staffer, but it took until nearly the end of the game before he finally started getting player's names in the play by play. Team obviously hasn't practice together, as they got several PP's and never set up once, although they did get some chances on the rush. Kessel obviously has extreme speed. Stafford and O'Sullivan played together as they did in the gold medal game last year. and looked pretty good. Although skills were evident on all these players, the play as a unit did not work well, obviously some practice is needed. The REA was very empty, not surprising for Tuesday afternoon. Would be nice if the locals created a bit of atmosphere for Kessel (and the other players) to go along with the arena, although I'd guess the chances of Kessel choosing UND are slim.

Well, dataflix worked for the first half of the second period, then the plug was pulled again. THe announcer obviously didn't know the players names, so it was impossible to tell who was who on the ice. Thought things were worked out this spring as Sioux games in the REA worked well at season's end, but the problems have started all over again. They do have this intermission thing down though, as the webcast is streaming fine again during the second intermission. Definitely got to get those sponsor commercials streamed, although the hockey hasn't worked worth a damn.
-
Well, I'm streaming commercials now, with no sound, and the score and game clock appear up in the corner. Sweden up 2-0 with 9 minutes remaining in P1. What a webcast Take it back, apparently it's between periods.
-
Anybody here attempted to connect to the webcast? Still not working for me, looks like technical difficulties again. Guess my webcast payments will have to be categorized into donations to the REA. I'll never learn

Hagemo has committed to Minnesota (changing from his original verbal to Wisco, I believe), as has every other player on these teams that is not already playing D1 hockey (not to MN, but to some D1 program). Kessel is the only uncommitted player on the US team. Of course, all of those that post here in places other than the HS threads and follow college hockey know that already.
-
The US blue team will be taking on Sweden in less than an hour at the REA (4PM). Stafford will play on the blue team, as will Kessel, who is getting his look at the REA this week.

Worried about Fatty having no bucks to buy there or getting a job and eating the profits.
-
One has to think the bad attitude was there long before he came to UND, given he's pulled the same garbage now at two different colleges. Sure sounds like he thinks he deserves extra special treatment. Possibly he'll grow up when he realizes he is now on the streets with no job and no education.
-
The inch release He's now complaining about UAA revoking his scholarship due to academic ineligibility, and is turning pro. Would guess the NHL is falling all over themselves with big buck offers for this whiner Seems to think his hockey ability should take precedent over his education, and the academic rules at UAA. If you're one of the teams' top scorers, why should you have to go to class?

Recruits have been discussed at length in recruiting threads, although all the HS stuff lately has most of it buried. Seven recruits are listed so far for 2005 Read through this thread for the recruitment progression since last Oct. Most recruits have verballed but, for the most part, are too young to have signed LOI's.

Canadian TV, likely, US TV, maybe

Not long until the WC begans for those in need of a hockey fix (along with the WJ evaluation camp). Games are scheduled to be televised on ESPN(2).

Rosters News Release Games on dataflix, if you can't be there.

Tippet at Dallas, too many to remember, but many that started as players under Gino, Blais have had much success at all levels in the coaching ranks. Scottie's asst at MDU (Lee Davidson) is also a former Sioux. The Sioux are deep in coaches working at all levels, makes selecting new coaches when one leaves favorable for the Sioux. Noone here, however, has an opinion on who or how the selections should be made Nice to see many of them getting experience at other DI venues, as well as in the junior ranks.

Living proof that older is not better. Or maybe DeSieve was actually not living?
-
Makes you wonder if Homeland Security Archie would let Cary back across the border
-
A hot topic at POI, since Eades was hired.
-
Since Blais is gone and no longer the WJ coach, may have to hit up Sandie (if Duluth isn't on the short list) to throw in some good vibes for the good guys, if Kessel makes the WJ team.
