I’m yelling at the TV. Rewatch the first few minutes of this second period. Count how many hooking calls should have been made. It’s ridiculous.

Call the gdamn stick infractions. There was a blatant hook on a UND dman 1 min before that goal was scored.

Cmon Wiebe. You have to be aware where celebrini is at all times. Everything runs thru him. He is BU similar to when Eichel was there.

Wasn't real impressed with BU. Of the teams we have faced so far I'd have them 3 at best behind Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Officiating as seemingly is always the case when you go out East was pretty weak.
Have to do something with the PP, think you have to look at trying to work from down low more maybe operating more from behind net/goal line extended.
Think maybe a little bit of line tweaking might be in order too, feels like Schmaltz just doesn't fit real well with McLaughlin and Blake. Would love to see Perron get the look there. James and Johannes could be 2 other potential guys there. Move Schmaltz back to center and bump Jamernik down to center the 4th line.

I said the same thing after last weekend. Schmaltz isn’t top 6 caliber. Not a threat to score and isn’t a playmaker. Would be just fine in a 3rd/4th line role but need some production out of a 2nd line lw paired with McLaughlin/Blake.

I was thinking the same thing. Can’t have a black hole on a wing with those two. Wouldnt even mind trying albrecht at some point. That would make that line harder to play against and can dig pucks out to feed the two skilled guys.

Gotta play more than a period. Their goalie had a great game. Would be nice to throw in some scoring from some depth guys. All the scoring has basically been from Blake, gaber, johannes, Perron. Jake Schmaltz and Dylan James are guys that I’d like to see contribute more.

Our eyes work just fine. I was being somewhat sarcastic. They still obviously have a very good team. I hope they never get to the low point of having the rink empty again. Still fair weather fans tho.

Disappointing game offensively. Good first. Fell apart after that. Some d breakdowns to be expected. Good goaltending. MN will !@#$ the bed when it matters like all MN teams. Regular season world beaters. Figure out how to break the middle of the ice tomorrow.

Wasn’t crispy but I like the mix of grit/size to go along with the skill. Berg and Johannes were great additions. Back end will be just fine.

Such a good Minny team can’t get it done. The fair weather fan base that didn’t even show up for home games a couple years ago deserves every bit of this.

MN top line already has a ton of minutes logged. Not sure if it’s been that way all year but something to watch.

Minny fortunate all these loose pucks bouncing around their own net haven’t landed on a Quinnipiac stick yet.

Moore was the only surprising one for me and that may be a single isolated decision. If the culture was that bad I don’t think we’d see a guy like Gaber come back for more especially since he said he was 50/50.
Either way, I hope for the sake of the program Bubs is in the hottest of hot seats next season. I don’t want him gone yet but I don’t like the direction this is headed either.

I thought it was. Just frustrated they let soooo many go up until that point.
