So just read one of McFeely's articles on twiiter (Yeah I know he's terrible). According to the MVFC associate commissioner the SDSU vs NDSU game will decide who gets the automatic qualifier. Even if NDSU were to lose which puts them at 2 loses they will still be in? If SDSU and UND win, SDSU will get the AQ even after UND beat them (dominated that game by the way). SDSU gets the edge if they were to beat NDSU this Saturday.

It shouldn't matter. But it obviously did. Tackling by the shoulders on a guy that big doesn't help much either.

Can't really answer the question about the D line. It was straight up bad how UND got pushed by the SU O line and coaches didn't change anything up. But a lot of it had to do with a 244 pound running back that no one knew was gonna start or even play in the game.

Yah I didn't put Mid TN St down because I didn't think he'd pick there. O well I guess, best of luck to the young man.

Craig Haley tweeted that due to imbalanced schedules because of cancellations the MVFC will have multiple champions if they have the same number of conf losses but a different number of conf wins. So then who would the automatic qualifier if its a tie?

I guess they would. They do play Youngstown this weekend so we'll see how that goes. Hope YSU gets the win so they knock MSU out and then the win will hopefully help with them not quitting the season like everyone else is doing.

I was thinking this also. But herder kind of confused me there for a bit. And to say the committee doesn't want 3 in there from the all mighty MVFC is not at all what they have been doing for the last 10 plus years. Even in a pandemic it's still the MVFC. Some way some how the committee will find a way to screw something up.

So I thought you would have to play 4 games to be eligible for the playoffs? What if Delaware St and SC St don't play the 4 games?

I think to make the playoffs you had to play at least 4 games not 6.

So UND got news last week of a positive test. SU gets news of a positive hours before game time. They played each other days before the testing. Wouldn't SU have to quarantine then also and cancel game because of it this week? The NDSU/SDSU game is still on isn't it?

And If Missouri State beats SIU this week they're sitting at 4-1 coming into the Alerus Center. Could end up being a good game.

Uffda. The more of these Covid issues showing up the more I'm worried about this season getting cancelled all together.
