you really cant have a deadline, you cant do that to the kids, ya never know what some reasons are for going pro really. plus kids that have already been drafted are in different boats than the kids drafted that june in o'briens case as he came in very young like toews did. its part of the game and risk when recruiting players that get drafted this high, im not defending obrien or lucia or ottawa but it is what it is, a isolated situation in my eyes, you dont see this that often.

i would keep it very simple FRONT - KELLY GREEN and says GO GREEN in white BACK - sponsors name in WHITE cheap, easy,now its time to fid a sponsor, wisioux, can you get a quotes on however many of these you need and sizes? that way its easy to pitch to sponsors

MTU - think they improve a bit this year get home ice for the wcha playoffs, hunch i guess, good goaltending 5. CC - battle for home ice, could go either way 6. WI - Elliot gone. fight for home ice how many games did he save them in 2-1 or 3-2 or 1-0, better start scoring unless elliot has a twin just as good 7. DU - Will still batle for home ice.Things dont seem to be going there way lately wit players bolting, they still have a few nice players that could light it up 8. yeah i hear ya, its a different market now, money better and so on, just the changing of times like anything, the top wcha teams get hit hard but can recover much easier than a duluth or mankato losing their only draft pick players early. thats why i so excited for these guys to stick around and see what happens!!

of course we will be losing those players later on but for now we havent so sorry to the gophs, not really, i dont think its a huge loss but a loss for sure. losing 3 d men will be a interesting situation for them. i think we all expect those players to move on in their careers no matter what happens so to all the sioux fans all over lets enjoy this season and make a nice solid run at #8 for the 4th year in a row

it doesnt matter what place we start out ranked as we will have a target anyways 1st,2nd or 3rd... im not a big fan of that argument, ide rather know we are good before the season starts rather than being a mediocre team tryiung to sneak up, we have a target every year no matter what, 3 f-4's in a row and so on...returning players ect.....bring it on , bring it on

i hear ya for sure, i love being at the games live no matter what if its standing room or not....also i only get to see a few series live every year anyways so thats another reason. i love the atmosphere and surroundings of a top rivalry and the smack talking for sure, either way you cant beat sioux hockey!!

you can get into any gopher sioux game at the ucci, just bring some cash, thats all.....you can get standing room also, ive never had any problem getting into those games at all, both ways, paying some bucks or standing room!!
