  1. I think it's all part of the good lord's plan to create a roster of experienced players.
  2. That sounds like a good plan.
  3. It'd be nice to clinch tomorrow. Give them a chance to rest anyone that may need it. I'd love to go into NY and beat the Yankees, we owe them.
  4. I hope you're right, beating Cleveland is a tall order. Thankfully the teams behind the Twins are doing their part by losing.
  5. Recording the game because I won't be able to watch today. Going to try to avoid seeing the score until I can watch it. I'll be thinking happy thoughts all day.
  6. I feel bad for the kid. Hope he's able to get healthy and stay healthy.
  7. 6 games remain against DET, 3 vs CLE. Got to beat up on the Tigers.
  8. More scared about this week because of how last week went.
  9. Hard to predict a win after last week. I'm just hoping for a well played game from our guys and lets hope that's enough.
  10. Notre Dame still isn't good. The year they played for the championship Alabama showed them they had no business being there.
  11. Love to see all these young guys stepping up. The future looks bight if they continue to improve.
  12. 7 home games left- 4 vs TOR and 3 VS DET. 10 road games left- 3 VS NYY, 4 VS DET, and 3 VS CLE. Only NYY and CLE have winning records. Twins are .500 at home and 7 games above .500 on the road. They control their own destiny.
  13. We still got 3 games against them, hope they've cooled off by then.
  14. Might as well just copy what Cleveland is doing.
  15. It's nice to watch meaningful baseball in September. Hoping this offensive outburst is just the beginning.
  16. USD>Misery St I still think we'll win, but it'll be much closer then last week.
  17. If it makes you feel better I left Kareem Hunt on my bench thinking there's no way he puts up big points against the Pats in New England to open the season. #imnotsmart
  18. Yesterday was the way I envisioned the offense coming into the season. A number of different guys had touches in a number of different ways leading to positive yardage and keeping the defense guessing. It's like a pitcher whose best pitch is his plus fastball, but he also has the confidence to throw his curve, change-up, or slider in any count, in any inning, no matter how many base runners might be on.
  19. Wasn't there some pressure that forced him to move to his left on that throw.
  20. I think that's been Bubba's greatest strength.
  21. I was just saying that this was a perfect game for teachable moments since we handled them easily.
  22. I think everybody would agree that there's still work to be done. As I see it this is the perfect game for that. You win easily, but still have plenty of film to look over that shows "you're not there yet". I'd like to dominate every game, but have just enough go wrong to keep everyone working hard and not have any one get complacent.
