  1. This was his 4th or 5th game and he's been good in all of them, but one.
  2. https://www.mlb.com/news/sergio-romo-minnesota-twins
  3. Average 9 runs a game for a three game series and only win one of those games.
  4. Smeltzer giving his team a chance.
  5. Cruz with a solo shot, keep them coming!
  6. Time for the pitchers and defense to step up. The game is still within reach and would be a great boost for the team to complete this comeback.
  7. Score 1, give up 2.
  8. He's done that a few times this year.
  9. Had a good start to the year. His drop-off was pretty bad. Only allowed two runs in his first 18 appearances, but had a 7.11 ERA in his last 19.
  10. Score two, give up four. The Yankees always seem to have an answer.
  11. Tough loss, I thought Kepler had tied or won the game until Hicks robbed him.
  12. The rookie was the most reliable pitcher.
  13. Chapman is struggling
  14. I fear that it's going to take more than that.
  15. Sano has been on fire
  16. Five solo homers so far tonight. I hope the pitching can hold up.
  17. Still can't find the article so I'm not sure which years were used, but I was wrong. Since 2011 the A's are second among all A.L. teams in winning percentage vs the Twins. The Yankees have the highest winning percentage.
  18. I can't find it anymore, but I read an article earlier this year that had said the A's are the only team with a better record against the Twins then the Yankees in the last 10-15 years. I think I'm remembering that correctly.
  19. Nine unearned runs in two games against a bad team. Sometimes it's not if you lose, but how you lose. It's embarrassing to lose two games at home against any bad team in that way. I know the baseball season is a marathon and not a sprint, but I just hope they're not running out of gas.
  20. Giving up 7 unearned runs against the Mets is painful to watch.
  21. Do the NHL network radio guys think that the players just sit at home all summer and do nothing? I would assume that all kinds of pick up games with no hitting are being played all summer long.
  22. Will the strategy on defense be to commit more guys to stopping the run and leaving the CB's on an island in order to make up for the lack of size?
  23. Would having D-lineman who are great at shedding blocks and getting into the backfield be enough to overcome the lack of size on the D-Line?
  24. They're 5-5 in their last 10 and 11-9 in their last 20. If this is as bad as it gets should be a good year. They need to go out and get some pitching help soon. Other then that I think that they'll be fine.
  25. They've been pretty average lately
