The other part of this situation is that I do not trust Chaves with a potential new football hire.

Has Chaves failed the athletic department so bad that Sather is the coach I feel the best about right now? With this resume? (To clarify I do believe in Sather and the team this year and am glad we stuck with him for now) Hockey- With all the support and resources they have, they have to be better Volleyball- Not all that much improvement from the new coach Womens basketball- Decided to stick with Mal after a 1 win interim season. They could maybe surprise but I’m not hopeful. Football- Mediocrity for the last 10 years.

Bubba is extended through 2027 so one more year on his contact than when we fired Muss. Muss was owed full salary in 2014 and half in 2015.

I agree with you, was just saying there appeared to be obvious scheme issues along with everything else that is typical for them on the road.
