I have very low expectations as well. It will be hard to create an "amazing logo" if they stick with the just another bird theme.

I don't want UND to be just another bird logo. I still hate the name but may warm up to FH if they use a military theme (aircraft, etc.) that could be somewhat unique to UND.

There are some UND supporters that want a tie in to the old logo; therefore you see the headdress on more than one proposed FH logo on this forum. I don't see it happening.

OK, Bison potentially win #5 and #6 before we knock them off to end the streak.

If the Bison keep this championship streak alive, anyone fair to guess what the NCAA does (if anything) if the streak reaches 6 or 7 in the next 1-2 years?

If Bison keep winning these championships, will they will move up to FBS (or NCAA require them to move up) before we are good enough to beat them?

I'm thinking of how much I enjoy living in GF and being a UND alumni; spending less time thinking about how much I dislike the new name. Slow progress for me.

OK, so I guess we are stuck with Scheels Arena.

Then how about getting corporate sponsors to cover the rental costs to bring this event to GF instead of Scheels Arena in Fargo?

Pretty sure they have rented ice making equipment for Disney on Ice shows. Hockey boards, probably can rent those also. Ask someone who has hosted an outdoor game. I'd rather keep the event in GF and have more seats than the Scheels Arena. There should be a way of making this work. Huge potential for concession sales (like a concert).

Why should UND fans be limited to only 4,000+ seats at the Scheels Arena in Fargo?

How about the Alerus Commission wake up and figure out how to host a Hockey regional?

I didn't boo the new nickname this weekend at the Ralph but I did join in the Sioux forever cheers. That's where I'm at so far.
