Didn't get to watch much last night, but did Johnson struggle enough to deserve a suit tonight? Ouch

Making tons of progress on the arena too. wouldn't be surprised if they get to have practices in there by the end of the season.
Gonna be an awesome arena too. Let Miami walk and add them to the NCHC.

I think that win meant a lot to him after listening to the student section chant FU and call him a POS.
Didn't get to watch until the last few minutes, was it audible from the broadcast? One of our players taunted the student section after the final whistle.

Can’t say I remember seeing a goalie get a penalty like that before…
Wish they had replay on their broadcast to see what he did. Once the new arena opens

No Hardware's goalie got a 5 and the door for a nut shot on Johnny Walker.

This. Is key. This is the future of college hockey. Good or bad, it is.
FCA&NIL will be a big part in landing players in the portal.
We arguably did the best of any team in year one of instant eligibility in the portal, hopefully we keep it up. ND, BC and Quinny are the only others that did as well.

Players need to go where they feel comfortable.
One MacMillan was at SCSU and the other at UND.
One of the Zajac boys went to DU.Be happy Grayden chose UND.
My point was they offered the older brother hoping it would help get the blue chip younger sibling a la Michigan with Luca Fantilli. Hopefully Omaha honors their original offer.

Was Siebell good enough to consider as a transfer down the road? Oddly that's a question to consider with the new transfer rule. USA hockey goalie of the year is no easy feat.

Omaha recently got a commit from his older brother/cousin. Bet that stings to see Grayden commit to UND instead.
EDIT: Brad's article confirms it's his brother.

Mercy's goalie is from Minneapolis, went to Breck and all. This is the biggest game of his life now. Good luck Hank Johnson

Mercyhurst up 2-0 in Dinkytown...

We burn commits much more than they burn the team. Rizzo is payback for us poaching Kawaguchi.

Brandt is doing better on PxP. His passion for the program is enjoyable too.

Why did Holden get let go? I’ve never found anything that has given any reason. Seemed sudden to happen mid-season.
My impression was CBS was unhappy with him for doing the pod during college football playoffs.

The less on cbssn the better, for those who paid for nchctv.
Agreed. Although ss.com regulars don't sweat it. Onhockey.tv is still up too, often sites like that don't last season to season.
It won't be the same without Holden, either.

Regarding Eiserman, who was the last player we had from MA? That and Quebec are noticeable blind spots of ours.

LaDue sent down. Just like on the Capitals, Chara takes a spot and LaDue ends up in the A.

.....Who is Tommy?
It's a casual observation based on a few years of seeing you harp on individuals. To your credit the coaches seem to feel the same way and they've often transferred out.
