I've been hearing about where are all these people going to come from that will live in all these new apt for over ten years now (and I hear it all the time being a contractor). If gf grew by a modest 1% a year it would take 6 "average" apartment complexes a year to house them all. Houses are still in incredible demand. Just completed a spec home for an investor behind Target. Average One level house with finished basement. Sold in two days, two offers, $2,000 below asking at $347,000. It seems like some here were born yesterday: "I can't believe all the construction." It's called a city, they grow over time. Fifty years ago gf had a population of 35,000.

Sadly this Sorta doesn't hurt because and I truly hate to say it but...gotten use to it. That and this team (wasn't expected to be here/there/not that good to begin with?)

What a instant classic. Tough battle. Great game. Proud of the guys. Two very equal teams. Gophers had one more ounce of luck. Like they say hockey at this time usually seems to come down to a lucky bounce and that's what we saw today. Just felt like this team had the toughness and grit to get it done. They played great hockey all year when their backs were up against the wall.

First Fargo couldn't watch their own basketball games in the march madness because they don't have TBS/TNT, and now they dropped 15 channels including Comedy Central, Mtv, VH1, CMT, Nickelodean after not reaching a deal with Viacom. Along with not having other popular channels such as Bravo. All this is gonna do is speed up customers changing to Midco in Fargo when they come to town.

Left work from gf on highway 2 toward emerado. I live in the country. Visibility is zero...stopped for gas in emerado...two vehicles got stuck just pulling into the gas station. I missed my turn because visibility was so bad but made it home safe now. Should have stayed home.

No ones claiming jones is a great coach, but correct me if I'm wrong has never finished worse than third in the big sky....hardly getting fired over. Thank god you aren't Faison new coaches ever other year.
