  1. Me neither but its been pointed out: Its not the viewership of the championship games, its all the exposure they keep getting on College Gameday that really is putting them out as a "National" brand I dare say (I was at a bar in San Diego chatting with a couple last year..."We're from North Dakota oh yeah... "NDSU we saw them on College Gameday was their first response.)....now if only they were FBS.
  2. They have basically already tweeted they are coming so ya not much of a "prediction."
  3. UNDColorado posted that article just a few posts back, that what made me want to see what the Vandal fans had to say.
  4. The Law > Team Rules
  5. And Omaha is just coming into its teen years starting its program in the late 90's. They've been doing some good things lately: Got into the WCHA, hired Blais, built a new on campus arena, has one of the nations highest average attendances, made the Frozen Four last year, and hosted UND in an outdoor game. Naturally there isn't much history yet, but they've been a contender pretty quickly and will only continue to be a fun series to watch.
  6. I quarterback has to immediately drop to a knee for it to be considered a "quarterback kneel."
  7. NDSU players have already been caught "cheating" a few times while at NDSU. They were getting paid to steal from Best Buy. They were paid to sit and sign signatures. Both are pretty nice lucrative careers. Just waiting for the next scandal to break.
  8. That was one of the key differences in the game: Wilson is able to escape or throw the ball away. Teddy seems to take a sack, which is partly to blame on how good that one dude on the defensive line for the Seahawks seems to be and how good Wilson is at escaping/getting rid of the ball. I certainly wouldn't blame the loss on Teddy. Game was probably lost in the trenches.
  9. So will every other team. But some will have even more playoff game experience.
  10. With Blais at the helm, imo Omaha is pushing Denver without Gwoz.
  11. I think the Vikings are jinxed.
  12. It was only a matter of time before AP fumbled.
  13. AP cant get anything going. I think hes averaging two ypc.
  14. If you are really curious you can write an email to Appalachian State, Georgia Southern, or any of the other numerous teams that moved from FCS recently and ask them. That should give you a general idea.
  15. The Bison are so good and have done everything possible at the FCS level they should move up.
  16. Tate would probably would have gotten more action than that. My intuition is its more than just an injury thing or even playing time. And I wouldn't be surprised to see him transfer next year....pure speculation.
  17. Besides a crazy ending to the Pittsburgs vs Cinncinati game, it was a very unsportsmanlike game. With two personal foul penalities by cinncinati for basically a third yard penalty to set up a chip shot field goal. There was already about to be a major scrum earlier in the game. I guess the fans booed Roethleisberger being injured too.
  18. Tier One: College Football Playoffs/Couple Major Bowls (ones on ABC?) Tier Two: Rest of the Bowl Games Tier Three: FCS Playoffs
  19. Nice Road Win.
  20. Beat Jacksonville State for a sixth national championship or beat the Gophers in the Whatever Bowl? I'd rather beat the Gophers in the Whatever Bowl. That would be like 6 FCS Championships combined.
  21. Cool Story Bro. I agree Jacksonville State was a lot better this year. Go ask the pros who made the programs. You can debate with them what ranking you think Auburn should be.
  22. Can't believe Cam is still in net.
  23. I should have said probably averages out to about the 25th best team in all of college football as Massey and Sagarin. All of Auburns losses were to teams ranked in the top 20. My point isn't about how good Auburn may or may not be. It's about how NDSU just destroyed a pretty darn good football team, Jacksonville St, who went undefeated except for an OT loss to Auburn.
  24. Which is a recent development. Penn State still does. And Ohio State is one of the richest athletic programs in the country. Minnesota and Wisconsin do fine. I don't think whether a school has hockey and football matters.
  25. Hammer is doing the game today.
