Yeah i think you are correct now that you point it out. And i was incorrect. 6 people with mental issues either way you look at it. The police say these calls might not even mean a crime was committed, let alone one easily proven in court. (Loitering, yellling to yourself). And these six likely dont care about a criminal record. Society will always have some of these people. And society will always have scared Karen's from small town, ND who haven't seen what "cities" are really like and call 911. I've experienced it. I got cops called on me twice for sitting in my car in a parking lot waiting for my next Uber ride. I'm sure those 6 would accept a free bus ride to Fargo? Ha Are the "drunk high mentally ill homeless" any more dangerous than drunk college kids downtown on Friday and Saturday nights from 10 to 2am? One group brings money into our city so we turn a blind eye to them?

How does a mayor prevent 6 mentally challenged individuals from misusing 911 services? Cause thats what thats about....not six teenage mutant ninja turtles cruising downtown on their bikes reporting a thousand 911 calls about elderly women getting their purses stolen.
